YEAR THREE

On Tuesday the Year Threes made pancakes as it was Shrove Tuesday. We made pancakes because we learnt how in the olden days pancakes were made as a good way to use up all of the rich foods that people would fast from during Lent. We discussed what fasting meant and set ourselves goals to fast or pray during the next forty days. We know that this will help us grow closer to God.
