Position:  Senior Administration Officer

Selection Criteria:

  • An understanding and ability to contribute to the mission and vision of Infant Jesus School
  • Demonstrate integrity, loyalty and an ability to maintain confidentiality on key issues
  • Have knowledge of and experience in working within a primary school setting
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in enrolments, school administration and front desk support
  • High level of computing skills; including experience in Office, SEQTA, MAZE and MyHR
  • Provide assistance to the Finance Officer – collections of fees and other receipts, processing
    of electronic reports, fees and family debtors, MAZE data entry as required

Qualifications Required:

  • Familiarity with MAZE, SEQTA Office 365 Suite
  • Current Working with Children Check and National Police History Check

Tenure: – This is a Full-Time, temporary position commencing 1 January 2019 and concluding 31 December 2019.
