SACRAMENTAL PROGRAM – FIRST EUCHARIST

First Eucharist Enrolment Masses Reminder

All families who wish to enrol their child for the Sacrament of First Eucharist at Infant Jesus Church this year are required to attend ONE of the following enrolment Masses:

Saturday 23 June 2018 at 6.00pm OR
Sunday 24 June 2018 at 9.30am OR
Sunday 24 June 2018 at 6.00pm

First Eucharist enrolment form submission starts from Monday 25 June and ends on Thursday 28 June. Parish Office hours are Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 12.30pm.

Commitment Masses Saturday 21 July at 6.00pm or Sunday 22 July at 9.30am or 6.00pm
Parents Night Meeting Monday 13 August at 7.00pm
Parents and Child Workshop Monday 27 August at 7.00pm
Retreat and final practice Friday 7 September at 9.00am
First Eucharist Masses Saturday 8 September at 6.00pm or Sunday 9 September at 9.30am or 11.30am

WHAT IS ALPHA?

Alpha is an opportunity to explore life and the Christian faith, in a friendly, open and informal environment. Alpha is not so much a course, but an experience. Gathering once a week over a eleven week period, Alpha brings together people from every walk of life. We eat together, we listen to a talk and then we gather together in small groups for discussion. Over 29 million people across the globe have done Alpha. Alpha is for everyone and anyone. The beauty of Alpha is that there are no questions that are too silly or too simple. Alpha has no prerequisites and there is no pressure whatsoever. We come together with one another as we are, free to be ourselves. Our Morley Alpha will begin with dinner on 31 July at 6.30pm. Register through the Infant Jesus Parish on 9276 8500.

DONATION OF TEACHERS DESKS/TABLES

Infant Jesus School have 5 x white (1350x750x725cm) desks/tables and 1 x woodgrain (1350x750x25cm) desk/table they would like to donate to the Infant Jesus Community. Please call into the School Office or email info@infantjesus.wa.edu.au if you are interested.

Next term, Keyed Up Music will be teaching Keyboard lessons on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Drums on Mondays, Trumpet on Fridays, Guitar on Thursdays and Woodwind on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Lessons start from $17.55 for a group lesson of 4, $18.10 for a group lesson of 3, $22.55 for a shared lesson and $33.00 for an individual lesson.
