Common Sense Media

Often children will ask for an app to be installed on their iPad that you may not have heard of, or you aren’t sure if it is suitable for their age group. Common Sense Media is a free independent website that rates different types of media based upon different criteria including the level of violence, explicit language and if it contains references to drinking, drugs or smoking. The site also provides parents with a brief explanation of what the app is about.
